RETURN POLICY

ALIMMER Return Policy


General Return Policy


We accepts a partial or complete refund for the item that has problem due to our carelessness. That means we can not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by ALIMMER, because we do not do free returns.

* Please contact customer service department within 7 days after receiving the package if there's any problem with the goods. We only accept products in their original state, without modification, without cleaning and without smoke. We cannot process any returned products without our prior approval.

Return Procedure:


✅ 1: Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. If there are quality issues, please provide images of said item(s).
✅ 2: Please mail back your item(s) according to return instructions from our service team.
✅ 3: Within 3-5 days after our warehouse has received your item(s) and approved your request, the corresponding refund will be issued according to your communication with our service team to the original payment account or credit card.


* You are responsible for the goods before they arrive at our warehouse, so make sure that they are packed properly and will not be damaged in transit! We suggest that you obtain postage certificate.

Return Conditions

1.You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
2.Item is in good shape, unused, unworn, and contains all its parts with their original tags/package.
3.We will refund your purchase price. Coupons and shipping fee are not refundable.
4.We won't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting with us first.The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

For Regular Projects

1.For normal items with size problems, we accept exchange, but do not refund.

2.If the size of the product you received does not match the description of the website and is not suitable for you, please contact our customer service department and ask for redemption.

Color Problem

1.Color error: if the color you receive is not the color you ordered, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.Color difference: the color of the pictures displayed on the website may change due to the setting of the computer screen. A slight color difference does not mean that the dress is defective or improperly shipped. However, if you are sure that you have received a product with the wrong color, please contact customer service to see if it can be returned or refunded.

Note: (the below conditions are not quality issues)

❌ Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns.
❌ Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
❌ Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
